General cleaning

  1. Wash the inside and outside of all windows. Clean windowsills and curtain rods.

  3. Wash marks and scuffs off the walls. Remove all nails from the walls.
  4. Clean out the fireplace.
  5. Clean the blinds and light fixtures.
  6. Mop the floors.

Kitchen

  1. Clean the dishwasher inside and out.
  2. Mop the kitchen floor - as well as areas underneath appliances.

  1. Mop the floor.
  2. Clean the bathtub, sink, and fixtures.
  3. Clean the toilet inside and out.
  4. Clean the medicine cabinet and door.
  5. Clean the mirror with glass cleaner.

Exterior cleaning

  1. Mow the yard and trim shrubbery and plants.
  2. Dispose of all garbage via a skip bin or driving a trailer to the tip.
